I can log in, but the "Remaining time" for my QBank subscription is not updated:
Please confirm the email ID which you used to login to CanadaQBank (not Paypal or 2Checkout) when your made your purchase. You will need to login with the SAME email ID you used to login when you made your purchase.
I made my payment using my relative/friends PayPal or 2Checkout account. My QBank subscription "Remaining time" is not updated. I need the subscription to reflect in my QBank Account.
Please have the person who paid for you forward the email receipt to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting to apply the payment to your QBank account.
